Old School PE, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Old School PE” “us” or “we”) is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information (as defined below) you share with us. Old School PE wants to maintain your confidence in the handling of any Personal Information that is collected during your visit to an Old School PE online site, web page or any other Old School PE online forums or communications.Old School PE has established this Online Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to better protect your privacy, to inform you of its online information practices and policies regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of your Personal Information and details how Old School PE safeguards the Privacy of its online visitors and customers. These are voluntary submissions to, among other things, 1) use Old School PE’s online service; 2) participate in message boards or forums; 3) keep your Personal Information updated; 4) assist you in completing a transaction or order; 5) communicate with you about products and services; 6) update you on new services and benefits; and 7) receive electronic newsletters.

In compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) none of Old School PE’s online sites, web pages, forums or other forms of electronic communication are directed at children under the age of 13. If you are younger than 13 years of age, please do not provide any Personal Information in connection with your use of Old School PE’s online sites.
Use of Information
Old School PE uses any information voluntarily provided by users to improve services to and understand its users, to enhance their experience in Old School PE’s online site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements or to improve the content and functionality of its site based on the interests of its users.
