Old School PE, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Old School PE” “us” or “we”) is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information (as defined below) you share with us. Old School PE wants to maintain your confidence in the handling of any Personal Information that is collected during your visit to an Old School PE online site, web page or any other Old School PE online forums or communications.

Old School PE has established this Online Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to better protect your privacy, to inform you of its online information practices and policies regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of your Personal Information and details how Old School PE safeguards the Privacy of its online visitors and customers.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that may be collected by Old School PE off-line.

Personal Information Collected by Old School PE

Old School PE gathers and collects Personal Information about users in a number of ways, including but not limited to, information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions on Old School PE’s website, via e-mail or by telephone. These are voluntary submissions to, among other things, 1) use Old School PE’s online service; 2) participate in message boards or forums; 3) keep your Personal Information updated; 4) assist you in completing a transaction or order; 5) communicate with you about products and services; 6) update you on new services and benefits; and 7) receive electronic newsletters.

Maintenance & Transmission of Data and Information

Although Old School PE uses reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, due to technological limitations, and the risk of unlawful interceptions and accessing of transmissions and/or data, Old School PE cannot guarantee, and you should not expect, that your Personal Information, and any other electronically communicated information, will be absolutely confidential.


In compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) none of Old School PE’s online sites, web pages, forums or other forms of electronic communication are directed at children under the age of 13. If you are younger than 13 years of age, please do not provide any Personal Information in connection with your use of Old School PE’s online sites.

Use of Information

Old School PE uses any information voluntarily provided by users to improve services to and understand its users, to enhance their experience in Old School PE’s online site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements or to improve the content and functionality of its site based on the interests of its users.

It is Old School PE’s policy to only use customer-specific information internally to, among other things, provide users access to Old School PE’s service and all of its features; and to enable users to participate in message boards and forums, among other things.

Sharing of Information

Old School PE uses the above-described information to tailor its content to suit your interests. This is essential to keeping Old School PE’s online site content relevant to users.

Old School PE may need to disclose or release your Personal Information to third party vendors to, among other things, process mailings; fulfill product orders; store information; contact users or manage user data; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Old School PE, its users, or third parties. Old School PE’s online sites may also have message boards and/or chat areas, where users can exchange ideas and communicate with one another. When posting to a message board or chat area, please be aware that the information is being made publicly available online and the user does so at his or her own risk.


Old School PE may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. “Cookies” are small data files that are written to and stored on your hard drive when you visit a web site. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable Old School PE to relate your use of its online sites to Personal Information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. Like most sites, Old School PE uses cookies to personalize a user’s experience of its online sites and to track user traffic patterns.

Most web browsers allow the user to be notified upon the proposed installation of a cookie and the user can decline the cookie. Even if you decline the cookies, you may continue to have use of Old School PE’s online sites.

Old School PE operates a secure data network protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Old School PE’s security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced, as necessary and only authorized individuals by Old School PE as designated from time to time have access to the information provided by customers.


By using Old School PE’s online site, you consent to the collection and use of any Personal Information by Old School PE as set for in this Privacy Policy.

Changes To Privacy Policy

Due to changing technological and marketing demands, Old School PE reserves the right to change its policies regarding the privacy of your Personal Information in the future. If that happens, Old School PE will endeavor to promptly update this Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically for any posted changes. Your continued use of any of Old School PE’s online sites, web pages or other online forums or communications following changes to this Privacy Policy will indicate that you accept the changes.
